1. What data do we process?

When you use the Game Eye service, we may process the following personal data.

Account information:

• name
• email address
• phone number
• user identifier, information required for authentication
• profile picture voluntarily provided by the user

Game, coaching and media data:

• game sessions and coaching sessions
• venue and time
• results and scores
• game and player statistics
• video and audio recorded by the Game Eye system
• recordings, replays and highlight clips created from games and coaching sessions
• friend connections, friend requests, game invitations and session participation

Video and audio material may be processed automatically, for example to track game events and players, create highlights and replays, and produce game and player analytics.

Wallet-related data:

• Game Eye wallet balance
• wallet transactions

During the current testing phase, the Game Eye wallet uses test funds and the service does not process real payments.

Technical data:

• device identifier generated by the application
• push notification tokens
• operating system and application version
• IP address transmitted when using the service and other technical data required to operate the service

2. Why do we process data and on what legal basis?

Personal data is processed to provide, maintain, secure and develop the Game Eye service.

Depending on the purpose of processing, the legal basis may be the performance of a contract necessary to provide the service, Game Eye’s legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or the user’s consent.

• managing user accounts and authentication
• recording games and coaching sessions
• producing videos, highlights, replays and game analytics
• maintaining game and player statistics
• managing friend connections and inviting friends to games and the Game Eye service
• sending game, friend and other service-related notifications
• enabling live viewing of games and sharing game-related content in accordance with the service features
• ensuring the security and technical operation of the service

Based on the user’s choices, Game Eye may send game-related notifications to other users and enable the sharing and live viewing of game-related content.

3. Device features used by the application

With the user’s permission, Game Eye may use:

• the camera, for example to take a profile picture and scan QR codes
• the photo library or files to select a profile picture
• NFC to identify a court and game session
• push notifications for game, session and friend-related events

4. Service providers and data location

Game Eye uses third-party technical service providers to operate the service. These include, for example, Microsoft Azure for cloud and infrastructure services, and Google Firebase and Apple Push Notification Service for delivering notifications.

Game Eye’s primary user data and video and audio recordings are stored on servers located in Sweden within the EU/EEA.

Service providers may process personal data to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Game Eye does not sell users’ personal data.

5. Transfers of data to third countries

Game Eye uses international service providers whose services may involve the processing or transfer of personal or technical data outside the EU/EEA, including to the United States.

• Microsoft Azure – cloud and infrastructure services
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – delivery of push notifications
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) – delivery of push notifications to Apple devices

Appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection legislation are used for transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA.

6. Data security and retention

Game Eye uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Game Eye service or where retention is required for legal obligations, security or other justified purposes.

7. Account and data deletion

Users can delete their Game Eye account through the account settings in the application. Game Eye also provides a way on its website to initiate account deletion without installing the application.

When an account is deleted, personal data directly associated with the account is deleted, including the user’s name, email address, phone number, profile picture, login sessions, push tokens, friend connections, session memberships and invitations, as well as personal match history and statistics.

Match results, score data, recordings and highlight clips may be retained after account deletion because they are also associated with other participants in the same match. Any identifier relating to the deleted user is then retained in a form that can no longer be linked to the deleted individual.

Account deletion is permanent and a deleted account cannot be restored.

8. User rights

Under applicable data protection legislation, users have the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data and, depending on the circumstances, the right to:

• access their personal data
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion or restriction of processing
• object to the processing of personal data
• receive their data in a portable format where applicable
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Game Eye may update this Privacy Policy when the service, its features or applicable legislation changes. The current version will be published on the Game Eye website.

Video- ja äänimateriaalia voidaan käsitellä automaattisesti esimerkiksi pelitapahtumien ja pelaajien seuraamiseen, highlightien ja uusintojen muodostamiseen sekä peli- ja pelaaja-analytiikan tuottamiseen.

Nykyisessä testivaiheessa Game Eye -lompakossa käytetään testisummaa eikä palvelussa käsitellä oikeita maksuja.

• käyttöjärjestelmä ja sovellusversio
• palvelun käytön yhteydessä välittyvä IP-osoite ja muut palvelun teknisen toteutuksen edellyttämät tiedot

2. Mihin tietoja käytetään ja millä perusteella?

Henkilötietoja käsitellään Game Eye -palvelun tarjoamiseksi, ylläpitämiseksi, turvaamiseksi ja kehittämiseksi.

Käsittelyn oikeusperusteena voi käsittelyn tarkoituksesta riippuen olla palvelun tarjoamiseksi tarvittavan sopimuksen täytäntöönpano, Game Eyen oikeutettu etu, lakisääteisen velvoitteen täyttäminen tai käyttäjän antama suostumus.

• käyttäjätilin ja kirjautumisen hallintaan
• pelien ja valmennusten tallentamiseen
• videoiden, highlightien, uusintojen ja pelianalytiikan tuottamiseen
• ottelu- ja pelaajatilastojen ylläpitämiseen
• kaverisuhteiden hallintaan sekä kavereiden kutsumiseen peleihin ja Game Eye -palveluun
• peli-, kaveri- ja muihin palveluun liittyviin ilmoituksiin
• pelien live-katselun ja peliin liittyvän sisällön jakamisen mahdollistamiseen palvelun toimintojen mukaisesti
• palvelun turvallisuuden ja teknisen toimivuuden varmistamiseen

Käyttäjän valintojen mukaisesti Game Eye voi välittää muille käyttäjille peliin liittyviä ilmoituksia sekä mahdollistaa peliin liittyvän sisällön jakamisen ja live-katselun.

3. Sovelluksen käyttämät laiteominaisuudet

Game Eye voi käyttäjän luvalla käyttää:

• kameraa esimerkiksi profiilikuvan ottamiseen ja QR-koodien lukemiseen
• kuvakirjastoa tai tiedostoja profiilikuvan valitsemiseen
• NFC:tä kentän ja pelisession tunnistamiseen
• push-ilmoituksia esimerkiksi peli-, sessio- ja kaveritapahtumista ilmoittamiseen

4. Palveluntarjoajat ja tietojen sijainti

Game Eye käyttää palvelun toteuttamisessa ulkopuolisia teknisiä palveluntarjoajia. Näihin kuuluvat esimerkiksi Microsoft Azure pilvi- ja infrastruktuuripalveluihin sekä Google Firebase ja Apple Push Notification Service ilmoitusten välittämiseen.

Game Eyen pääasiallinen käyttäjädata sekä video- ja äänitallenteet säilytetään EU/ETA-alueella sijaitsevilla palvelimilla Ruotsissa.

Palveluntarjoajat voivat käsitellä henkilötietoja siinä laajuudessa kuin niiden palveluiden toteuttaminen edellyttää.

Game Eye ei myy käyttäjiensä henkilötietoja.

5. Tietojen siirto kolmansiin maihin

Game Eye käyttää kansainvälisiä palveluntarjoajia, joiden palveluiden yhteydessä henkilötietoja tai teknisiä tietoja voidaan käsitellä tai siirtää EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle, mukaan lukien Yhdysvaltoihin.

• Microsoft Azure – pilvi- ja infrastruktuuripalvelut
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – push-ilmoitusten välittäminen
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) – push-ilmoitusten välittäminen Apple-laitteille

EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle tapahtuvissa henkilötietojen siirroissa käytetään sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisia suojatoimia.

6. Tietojen suojaaminen ja säilyttäminen

Game Eye käyttää asianmukaisia teknisiä ja organisatorisia keinoja henkilötietojen suojaamiseksi luvattomalta käytöltä, muuttamiselta, katoamiselta tai luovuttamiselta.

Henkilötietoja säilytetään vain niin kauan kuin niitä tarvitaan Game Eye -palvelun tarjoamiseen tai niiden säilyttäminen on tarpeen lakisääteisten velvoitteiden, turvallisuuden tai muiden perusteltujen tarkoitusten vuoksi.

7. Käyttäjätilin ja tietojen poistaminen

Käyttäjä voi poistaa Game Eye -käyttäjätilinsä sovelluksen tiliasetuksista. Game Eye tarjoaa lisäksi verkkosivuillaan mahdollisuuden käynnistää käyttäjätilin poistamisen ilman sovelluksen asentamista.

Tilin poistamisen yhteydessä poistetaan käyttäjätiliin suoraan liittyvät henkilötiedot, kuten nimi, sähköpostiosoite, puhelinnumero, profiilikuva, kirjautumisistunnot, push-tunnisteet, kaverisuhteet, sessiojäsenyydet ja kutsut sekä henkilökohtainen otteluhistoria ja tilastot.

Ottelutuloksia, pistetietoja, tallenteita ja highlight-leikkeitä voidaan säilyttää tilin poistamisen jälkeen, koska ne liittyvät myös muihin samaan otteluun osallistuneisiin käyttäjiin. Poistettuun käyttäjään liittyvä tunniste säilytetään tällöin muodossa, jota ei voida enää yhdistää poistettuun henkilöön.

Tilin poistaminen on pysyvää eikä poistettua käyttäjätiliä voida palauttaa.

8. Käyttäjän oikeudet

Käyttäjällä on sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti oikeus saada tietoa henkilötietojensa käsittelystä sekä tilanteesta riippuen oikeus:

• tarkastaa omat henkilötietonsa
• pyytää virheellisten tietojen korjaamista
• pyytää henkilötietojen poistamista tai käsittelyn rajoittamista
• vastustaa henkilötietojen käsittelyä
• saada tietonsa siirrettyä soveltuvissa tilanteissa
• peruuttaa antamansa suostumus silloin, kun käsittely perustuu suostumukseen
• tehdä valitus toimivaltaiselle tietosuojaviranomaiselle

9. Muutokset tietosuojaselosteeseen

Game Eye voi päivittää tätä tietosuojaselostetta palvelun, sen ominaisuuksien tai sovellettavan lainsäädännön muuttuessa. Ajantasainen versio julkaistaan Game Eyen verkkosivuilla.
